If you are or were employed by Southerntier Custom Fabricators, Inc. (“Southerntier”) between September 30, 2020, through April 30, 2022, you may be Class Member and entitled Settlement benefits.

To receive benefits, Class Members must submit a valid Claim Form by March 31, 2026.

To start your online claim, you can find your Unique ID & PIN printed on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID & PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator at (888) 369-3780. Please request your ID & PIN by providing the Class Member’s full name and mailing address.
